Successful Project Status Meeting in Hanover

In May 2025, researchers from the BMFTR project MOMENT met at Leibniz Universität Hannover for their annual status meeting. The purpose of the meeting was to discuss the progress of the individual subprojects, present existing synergies, and identify potential future ones. Preparations were also made for the final project phase.

The meeting took place from May 13 to 14, 2025 at the Herrenhausen campus of Leibniz Universität Hannover. In addition to MOMENT members and associated scientists, the following individuals also took part: Dr. Overbeck from the Federal Ministry of Research, Technology and Space (BMFTR) and, as representatives of the scientific advisory board, Dr. Eleanor Burke from the MetOffice in the UK and Prof. Dr. Bo Elberling from the University of Copenhagen in Denmark.
